How to use:

1. Start taking 2 of the Pre-Tox capsules every 4 hours with 16 oz. of water to assist with detoxifying process 48 prior to the time you want to be clean. 2. Drink entire bottle of Absolute De-Tox XXL Carbo Drink (shake before use), then after 15 minutes drink 16 oz. of water. Wait 45 minutes to be effective.

Tips for success:

Schedule deadline for the afternoon, if possible, and urinate 3-4 times prior to deadline.
